Flxpoint Adds Integration With Square Payments

Flxpoint’s latest offering is a payment processor integration with Square Payments, which lets our users automatically process payments inside our app.

Customers utilizing Flxpoint’s dealer portal and other sales channels can now use the Square integration to save credit cards on file and accept payment for imported wholesale and dropship orders.

Use Square Payments to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay cards. You can also charge any gift card or prepaid card with the same logos mentioned above, as long as the amount of the charge does not exceed the card’s balance.

This is big news for existing and potential Flxpoint customers that plan to sell hemp and hemp-derived CBD products, as well as other “high-risk“ products.

As the CBD industry is still relatively new, your CBD payment processor must be able to deal with high-risk transactions. Only a handful of payment processing services are willing to take risks associated with these types of transactions.

Without a CBD-approved payment provider, you may put your business at risk of having your financial account suspended and not receiving payment for your products.

Other high-risk products that may demand gateway payment systems include adult products, pharmaceuticals, vaporizers, and e-cigarettes.
