Rate Shopping Now Available in Flxpoint

We have recently released one of the latest Flxpoint features, Rate Shopping. With this tool, you will be able to retrieve estimated shipping rates via an external “Rate Shopper”, such as ShipEngine.
This new feature can pull in real-time shipping rates that can be factored into “Lowest Cost” priority order routing rules within the tool, allowing you to better optimize your order management.
This feature is incredibly beneficial to those who use multiple suppliers and want to be able to route a product to the cheapest shipping method without all the manual labor involved in looking up shipping estimates based on product dimensions and weight. This is now done automatically for you.
If you have existing carrier accounts, you will be able to easily connect those to pull in your own data. But, if you don’t have carrier accounts, that’s okay too! We will set you up with a default USPS account that will be able to pull in this shipping information for you.
You will be able to view your rate shopped products on your Purchase Orders once your rate shopping account is setup.
