Committed Stock Now Available in Flxpoint

Last updated on May 17th, 2022 at 04:59 pm

We have recently released a couple of new features within the Flxpoint tool with one being Committed Stock.

Committed Stock is the closest you can get to real-time inventory, given you are relying on external data sources shared with multiple resellers.

When Committed Stock is enabled and you receive new orders, the “Committed Quantity” on the generated purchase order will be decremented from the “Total Quantity”. This result will result in only the “Available Quantity” being synced to the quantity on the channel, helping to prevent overselling.

If you have a source that doesn’t provide tracking or provides static inventory, we have added the ability to configure this setting on a per-source basis.
