ShipHero makes warehouse management software for ecommerce brands that run their own warehouses and for third-party logistics providers. Its WMS covers receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and returns, and the company says more than 5,000 brands and 3PLs use it.

Flxpoint connects to ShipHero over its API as a fulfillment source, usually set up as an external warehouse. It imports available and on-hand quantities and pricing from your ShipHero warehouses, sends orders to ShipHero for fulfillment, and retrieves the carrier, method, cost, tracking, and ship dates for those orders so tracking can reach your sales channels.
