New at Flxpoint: Faster Fulfillment and Cleaner Order Visibility

This month's Flxpoint updates are all about giving ops teams clearer visibility and less manual work. We've added a Ship By date field to order line items so teams can build a prioritized fulfillment queue instead of tracking SLAs by hand, along with new tag filters that make it easy to spot orders that slipped through a workflow. We also rolled out two new prebuilt integrations for firearms retailers, Coreware (CoreForce) and Rapid Gun Systems (NCR Counterpoint), bringing automated inventory sync and order routing to retailers on those platforms.

Here's what's new.

Ship By Date on Order Line Items

The Ship By date field gives your team a built-in prioritization signal on every order line item. Set it automatically on order import using a workflow rule (e.g., Ordered On + 2 days) or map a channel-specific value into a Flxpoint custom field, like Amazon's Latest Ship Date..

Why Should I Care?

Once set, the date is visible on line items and filterable from the order grid allowing you to pull up everything that needs to ship in the next few days with one filter. For ops teams managing volume across multiple channels, this replaces manual SLA tracking with a reliable working queue that keeps fulfillment on time.

New Tag Filters

Two new tag comparators are now available on the order grid. Has At Least One returns any order that carries a tag. Has None surfaces orders with no tags at all.

Why Should I Care?

The Has None filter is the useful one. It immediately shows you orders that may have missed a workflow, skipped a processing step, or never got flagged. Pair it with Has At Least One and you have a complete picture of what's been worked and what hasn't, no manual queue-combing required.

New & Updated Integrations

Coreware
Flxpoint now has a prebuilt integration with Coreware (CoreForce), bringing automated inventory and order workflows to firearms retailers running on the Coreware platform. Customers can sync product data, available quantity, and cost from Coreware into Flxpoint, route orders for internal fulfillment, and pull shipment tracking back automatically. This removes manual product loading and order entry for Coreware users who sell across multiple channels like GunBroker, Shopify, and Amazon. Reach out to your account manager if you’d like to enable it.

Rapid Gun Systems
Flxpoint now has a prebuilt integration with Rapid Gun Systems (RGS), built on the NCR Counterpoint platform that powers many of the country’s leading firearms retailers. Customers can sync owned in-store inventory from Counterpoint to all their online sales channels, route online orders for fulfillment, and pull tracking back automatically. The integration also includes a Send Accounting Orders flow that brings each online order back into Counterpoint as a single unified document, preserving firearm paperwork and accounting reconciliation. Reach out to your account manager if you’d like to enable it.
