In Flxpoint, UPS works as a shipment-tracking connection for orders that a supplier or warehouse fulfills and ships through UPS. Flxpoint retrieves UPS tracking numbers, shipment status, and delivery confirmations for those orders, so shipments stay connected to the right order and tracking can flow to your sales channels. It does not handle inventory or order placement.
