GunBroker Integration for Bulk Listings, Category Mapping and FFL Orders

Flxpoint connects GunBroker to your firearms distributors so you can list, sync and fulfill from one system. It imports your existing GunBroker listings, publishes new fixed-price or auction listings in bulk from distributor catalogs such as RSR Group, Lipsey's, Sports South and Davidson's, keeps price and quantity in sync, and brings GunBroker orders in with the FFL dealer details attached.

GunBroker.com is an online marketplace for firearms, ammunition and shooting accessories, launched in 1999. It connects buyers with licensed dealers and private sellers, and firearm purchases transfer through a licensed FFL dealer.

Listings and categories

  • Import listings: pull the listings you already have on GunBroker into Flxpoint, matched by SKU, so they are managed alongside your catalog.
  • Bulk publish: create fixed-price or auction listings from your distributor inventory on a schedule. Auction listings are quantity 1 with a starting price; fixed-price listings support any quantity.
  • AI category mapping: Flxpoint suggests the GunBroker leaf category for each product from its product data.
  • Price and stock sync: price and quantity update from your distributors, and an item is delisted when stock reaches zero. Price protection sets quantity to zero when cost or list price is missing.
  • Ammunition and restricted items: choose which categories, such as ammunition, are imported or listed, and restrict listings by ship-to state using product attributes like magazine capacity.

Orders, FFL details and tracking

  • GunBroker orders come into Flxpoint for routing to a distributor or your own warehouse.
  • FFL dealer details come in with the order, and the dealer's eFFL file is saved when GunBroker has one on file. Orders that need FFL review are held before they route.
  • Mixed orders are split so accessories can ship while the firearm waits for complete FFL details.
  • Tracking number and carrier go back to GunBroker once the order ships.

Flxpoint supports your FFL workflow; it does not replace your own compliance review.

GunBroker integration FAQs

Can Flxpoint bulk list firearms on GunBroker from my distributors?

Yes. Flxpoint publishes fixed-price or auction listings from distributor catalogs connected to your account and keeps price and quantity in sync.

Can I import my existing GunBroker listings?

Yes. Import Listings pulls existing GunBroker listings into Flxpoint by SKU. Each listing needs a SKU set on GunBroker to import.

How are GunBroker categories mapped?

GunBroker requires numeric leaf categories. Flxpoint's AI category mapping suggests them from your product data, or you can map them yourself.

How are GunBroker FFL orders handled?

FFL dealer details import with the order, orders needing FFL review are held before routing, and tracking for firearm items syncs back once FFL details are marked received.

Does Flxpoint support GunBroker product variants?

No. GunBroker does not support parent and child listings, so each SKU is published as its own listing.
