FedEx Fulfillment is the ecommerce fulfillment service from FedEx Supply Chain, the company's third-party logistics arm. It serves small and mid-size businesses that send inventory to FedEx-operated warehouses, where orders from websites and marketplaces are picked, packed, and shipped, and returns are handled.

Flxpoint connects to a FedEx-operated fulfillment location as a source. It imports the product catalog, quantities, and item attributes from your fulfillment location, sends orders to FedEx 3PL for pick, pack, and ship, and pulls shipment confirmations back into Flxpoint so tracking reaches your sales channels. Shipping methods are mapped to FedEx 3PL's own codes.
