ChannelAdvisor

ChannelAdvisor is multichannel commerce software that brands and retailers use to list products, manage inventory, and process orders across marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. CommerceHub acquired ChannelAdvisor in 2022, and the combined company rebranded as Rithum in 2023.

Flxpoint connects to ChannelAdvisor (Rithum) as a sales channel. It links Flxpoint listings to items that already exist in ChannelAdvisor and pushes price and quantity updates to them, since publishing new listings from Flxpoint is not supported. ChannelAdvisor orders come into Flxpoint for fulfillment, and Flxpoint sends shipment details back to ChannelAdvisor.
