Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is Amazon's program for outsourcing order fulfillment. Sellers store inventory in Amazon fulfillment centers, and Amazon picks, packs, and ships orders and handles customer service and returns. Through Multi-Channel Fulfillment, the same inventory can also fill orders from non-Amazon sales channels.

Flxpoint connects to Amazon FBA as a fulfillment source over Amazon's Selling Partner API. It imports your catalog and sellable FBA stock, sends orders from any of your channels to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, and brings shipment tracking back into Flxpoint so it can flow to the original channel.
